Our school is going to team up with the school next door , and clean up Vogosca. The whole school will participate. Since the students will be cleaning instead of learning, Mr. Orton a 11 YOC teacher said “If we’re going to influence on Vogosca and clean the litter, I think it is worth of while.
Everybody celebrates Earth’s Day differently, so that’s why Tom gave a quote “I celebrate Earth’s Day by picking up the trash from the streets, and planting new plants and trees.” Then Aziza a fifth grader replied “I celebrate Earth’s Day by turning off the lights, and not eating much meat, because it tributes to global warming.
Earth’s Day is very important, because if our mother earth was messy, stinky and unclean, there would be no humans or any living things… Sophia a fifth grade student expressed her felling’s about the importance of The Earth’s Day ” It’s important to me because, we are helping to improve our environment.” While Thomas replied expressing his opinion” I think it’s important because it celebrates how the earth was created and how it helps us humans live. How do you celebrate the Earth’s Day.
